Fitness Lover and Triathlete
Born and raised in Austin, I was not active as a child or young adult. I have always struggled with my weight and would only exercise occasionally when I felt I needed an extra push. While pregnant with my first and only child, I gained about 60 pounds. After the birth of my son, I decided to get serious about working out and eating healthy. I started running, weight training, shed the extra pounds, and fell in love with fitness! I have completed many triathlons, 5ks, 10ks, half-marathons, one full marathon. My big goal is to complete an Ironman triathlon one day.
I wanted to share my passion for fitness with others and became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I have been teaching boot camp classes for over four years and enjoy seeing the positive results, confidence and strength that so many of my clients have gained.
