Cardiovascular Conditioning & Functional Exercise Trainer
Ever since I can remember I have been running, sometimes from my folks, but more
often for competition. I did the 800m, 1600m, mile relay, and have done cross country
running as well. I have experience in other sports such as basketball, and football as
well. My major is Exercise Sport Science at Southwest Texas State University with a
minor in Sport Psychology to help understand not only what may be physically limiting
someone, but what may be going on mentally as well. I plan on attending UT to pursue
my Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Sport Nutrition in the fall of 2011. I have been
in personal training since 2004 starting out at a local gym I used to work out at in high
school, along with other big corporate gyms like Lifetime Fitness. But I left because I
believe that the client was more important than revenue and it lead me here.
